There’s a lot of talk out there about ChatGPT and SEO, and the big question is “isn’t google gonna penalize AI generated content?” 🤔
They say they are, but what google says and what google ACTUALLY rewards and penalizes have always been very different things.
Here’s what they care about: Is this piece of content valuable, and true, and helpful? Does it have a point of view? Or is it thin, and surfacey?
They do not care about the tool you used to create the content, it’s all about how good it is.
So if you’re using ChatGPT the right way, as a starting point, and then layering in your own expertise and experience, you can absolutely use that without getting penalized by Google.
